What's new with this computer upgrade?

As with all previous computer upgrades, we will be upgrading
software packages along with the machine upgrade. Your new machines are still in testing for Windows Vista, Office 2007
and the latest applications that you currently use (that are compatible with the Vista operating system).
Major changes include:
E-mail: We will be standardizing
the e-mail client to use Microsoft Outlook which will provide us with
a more effective integration and collaboration platform. For non-Outlook
users, we will work with you to ensure all of your e-mails and folders
are transferred seamlessly throughout this process. More information regarding
Outlook will be sent to assist you with this transition.
Microsoft Office: We will be installing both Office 2003 and Office 2007 for full compatibility.
Windows Vista: Pending successful testing, we are planning
on installing Windows Vista, Microsoft's newest Operating System. Windows
Vista has many new and improved features in the areas of graphics and
visual effects, file and folder management, browser and systems security,
among others.
